Cancellations or changes are not possible on the same day, and a penalty will be charged based on the check-in date after check-in. Please see below for details.

Cancel Policy
- 3 days prior to arrival: Free cancellation and change possible 
- 2 days prior to arrival: 30% penalty as of the first day 
- 1 day prior to arrival: 50% penalty as of the first day 
- Cancellation on the day or no show: 100% penalty on the first day

Also, each product and promotion has a different cancellation policy. Please check each product's cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Normal check-in time is from 15:00 pm, check-out is until 11 am the next day, and may be subject to change.

The hotel does not have self-catering facilities. Catering is not possible.

Microwave is available at the entrance of the restaurant on the first floor of the South Tower.

Pets are not allowed to enter or stay for your safety and comfort.

Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel (including the balcony).

Additional charges will be incurred and the room will be checked out when smoking.

Shell Factory is located on the 1st floor of Skybay Hotel Gyeongpo and offers a wide range of international menus for Breakfast and Lunch.

The sauna located on the 2nd basement floor of North Tower is available to both outside and hotel guests.

Parking space is small. Please use public transportation if possible, and we recommend using public parking nearby when crowded.

A convenience store is located on the ground floor of the hotel and opposite the Skybay Hotel.
