    When I make a reservation, I entered the card number but the payment will not be made. 

    That's OK. The reason why you get your credit card number when you make a reservation is to cancel your reservation or pay the penalty according to our penalty policy in case of a show or cancellation of your reservation. 

    How can I book a room?

    Reservations can be made through the main phone, the homepage and travel agency.

    Is there an additional charge for adding more persons?

    There is no surcharge for the number of people, but there will be an extra bedding and an additional fee.

    Can I cancel the day after booking?

    Cancellations or changes are not possible on the same day, and a penalty will be charged based on the check-in date after check-in. Please see below for details.

    What time is check in / check out?

    Normal check-in time is from 15:00 pm, check-out is until 11 am the next day, and may be subject to change.

    -Late check-out costs 44,000 won per hour and can be used until 14:00.

    (Late check-out may not be available depending on room conditions on the day)

    Can I cook in the room?

    The hotel does not have self-catering facilities. Catering is not possible.

    Can I stay with my pet?

    Pets are not allowed to enter or stay for your safety and comfort.

    Are there rooms that can smoke?

    Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel (including the balcony). Smoking may incur additional costs. The smoking area is equipped with ashtrays at both ends outside the lobby.
